1. Select the Token radio button. The Token screen appears.
2. Click the magnifying glass. The following screen will appear.
3. If a credit card token has been saved, the following screen will pop up. If you know the last four digits of the card used for payment, type those in the field and click OK. If you do not, click OK.
4. The PAYLEX Tokens screen appears. It includes a list of tokenized cards used by the customer. Highlight the card needed for the payment and click Select.
5. The token information will be filled in on the screen. Check the information and if correct, click Authorize.
6. The Token Trxn screen appears. Click OK if all information is correct.
7. The Approved Transaction will appear. Click OK.
8. Each payment will appear separately. Click OK.
9. MultiPAY by running a manual transaction is complete. The choice to Email, Print, or Neither for the receipt will appear.
