Click the Payment button. The Customer Payment screen will appear.
Enter the payment amount in the Card field.
The customer can now swipe the card through the appropriate device.
The Card number should appear in the Reference field. The expiration date will be pulled into the Expiration field. Click OK.
The PAYLEX Swiped Trxn screen will appear.
If the amount is correct, click OK.
The card will begin processing.
The Approved screen will appear with a green check on the OK button if the card is approved.
Click the OK button.
The Payment Posted screen will appear.
