To create a temporary password for an override, go to the Settlement screen and click the Override Password Support button in the top right.
The Set Temporary Override screen will appear.
The user can either type in a temporary password in the Temp Password field or click Set Random on the bottom right of the screen.
If creating the temporary password manually, the user will need to click Set Temporary Password after typing. The Temporary Password Set screen will appear.
Clicking Set Random will cause the Temporary Password Set screen to appear. The Temporary Password will appear on this screen. Note the password and click OK.
Click EXIT only after performing the override.
The Temporary Password will expire when exiting the Set Temporary Override screen.
