If the system requires an AVS Match to process and an AVS MisMatch occurs, the transaction will require a supervisor override.
The PAYLEX Address MisMatch screen will appear.
When OK is clicked, the following message will appear.
Clicking FORCE, the Supervisor Override screen will appear. The user must secure the information needed on this screen from someone with supervisor credentials.
After entering the information, the Approved screen appears. A yellow caution sign is placed on the OK button to remind users that the AVS did not match, but the transaction was approved. Another reminder is beside the approval code.
This transaction will access a higher fee due to the AVS not matching.
