Processing a Refund for a Cloud Payment

1.  Log in to your Cloud Portal at https://s5.paylex.com/IndexPage.

2. Select Batch Review. 

   

3. Find the payment you need to refund, and then click the Refund button on the right.

   

4. Fill in the amount to refund, YOUR password, and the captcha. Click Tab.

   

   5. Click Refund.
