Open the RFMSccsA console and click “PAYLEX (X)tras".
Select “EMV Options Console”.
Run the Detail Report by pressing the “Dt Rpt-202” button and then Press “Execute”.
Select Yes if the “Do you wish to PREVIEW this Report?” screen appears.
Select “OK” to print the report.
Determine the transaction # (by count) that needs to be voided.
Enter the transaction # in the Ref field and press the “Void-16” button and then press the “Execute” button.
