Highlight the invoice the payment will be applied to.
Click the payment button. On the Customer Payment screen, click the EMV button before entering anything on the screen.
Enter the dollar amount in the Transaction Amount field on the EMV Payment form and press OK.
If a credit card token has been saved, the following screen will pop up. If you know the last four digits of the card used for payment, type those in the field and click OK. If you do not, click OK.
The PAYLEX Tokens screen appears. It includes a list of tokenized cards used by the customer. Highlight the card needed for the payment and click Select.
A Process Token Transaction screen will appear. If correct, click OK.
If the transaction is approved, the Approved screen will appear. Click OK.
If you would like the receipt to be sent via email, select Yes on the next screen.
If the Card Token is not on the screen, it might be expired or deactivated. Use the checkboxes to the bottom left of the screen to expand the search.
