Settings>Users>Select Users>Change>Supervisor Checkbox
Supervisor privileges on this screen mean the user has access to all data and can change stores and users in Order Entry.
Manager privileges on this screen mean the user has access to most data and can add and edit users.
To set up a user as a supervisor or manager, click the appropriate checkbox on the Edit User Name screen.
The PAYLEX Default User controls the Supervisor Access in the Order and Invoice Database. To activate restrictions, uncheck the Supervisor box.
