On the Credit Card Payment screen, select Tkn and click the magnifying glass.
Select Token from the PAYLEX Advanced Payment Services Screen.
If a Credit Card Token exists, a screen will appear asking for the last four digits of the token. Enter the digits and click OK.
The PAYLEX Token Transaction screen will appear. Check the details and click OK.
This type of transaction may require Supervisor Privileges.
If Supervisor Privileges are required, the Supervisor Override screen will appear. This screen allows the supervisor to authorize the action.
Once the override is authorized, the following screen will pop up.
The PAYLEX Tokens screen includes all the tokens a customer has used.
Highlight the token needed for this transaction and click Select.
The initial address for a token comes from the Job Site Address.
If the initial payment was with a swiped card, running again as a token may result in an AVS mismatch (in which the software will request the Address and Zip Code).
PAYLEX Payment Services does not check AVS on initially swiped transactions.
