This type of transaction may require Supervisor Privileges.
If Supervisor Privileges are required, the Supervisor Override screen will appear. This screen allows the supervisor to authorize the action.
Once the override is authorized, the following screen will pop up.
The PAYLEX Tokens screen includes all the tokens for a customer.
Highlight the token needed for this transaction and click Select.
The initial address for a token comes from the RFMS Job Site Address.
If the initial payment was with a swiped card, then when to run again as a token, it may result in an AVS mismatch (in which the software will request case Address and Zip Code).
Paylex Payment Services does not check AVS on initially swiped transactions.
