Enter the negative dollar amount in the Amount of Charge field on the Credit Card Payment screen.
Select Yes on the Initiate QuickPay Refund screen.
The Credit Card Refund screen will appear with the Adjust Approval screen. Check the details and click OK.
If the adjustment is approved, the Adjusted screen will appear. A receipt will print (if receipt printing is activated).
