Highlight the invoice connected with the payment.
Click the payment button. On the Customer Payment screen, click the EMV button before entering anything on the screen.
Enter the dollar amount in the Transaction Amount field on the EMV Payment form and press OK.
On the PAYLEX Advanced Payment Services screen, click Token.
If a Credit Card Token exisit, a screen will appear asking for the last four digits of the token. Enter the digits and click OK.
To view all the tokens, do not put in any digits and click OK.
The PAYLEX Token screen will appear. Highlight the correct token and click Select.
The PAYLEX Token Transaction screen will appear. Check the details and click OK.
If the transaction is approved, the Approved screen will appear. Click OK. A receipt will print (if receipt printing is activated).
If the Card Token is not on the screen, it might be expired or deactivated. Use the checkboxes to the bottom left of the screen to expand the search.
