Go to Settings>Workstations.
Highlight the correct workstation and click Change. Check the box for Print receipts in Duplicate. Click OK.
If using the Epson TM-T20 Receipt Printer, go to the Epson TM-T20 Properties file and click the Advanced tab. Check “Enable Advanced Printing Features”.
