1. Purge anything relating to RFMS under %appdata%
2. Create the two folders that RFMS usually creates (but does not always).
%appdata%\Roaming\R@%,
%appdata%\Roaming\RFMS
3. Copy the file to the following location:
%appdata%\Roaming\RFMSWindowPositionsA.ini
4. Log into RFMS as an administrator and launch.
