Options Menu>Settings>(E)mail/Comm>Communication & eMail Settings>eMail Settings tab
- The company e-mail address should be a no-reply address. If using the PAYLEX e-mail server, the e-mail should be no-reply@paylex.com.
- Outbound eMail server (SMTP)
- Mail Server and Mail SErver Port are required to be filled in.
- Make sure the Se(c)ure eMail Always and Secu(r)e eMail (Start TLS) are not checked.
- If using the PAYLEX e-mail server, the mail server is ext9.ontop.com, and the port is 8025.
- Click OK.
