1. Set up the PAYLEX QuickPay icon using the directions in Setting Up the QuickPay Icon.
2. Click the PAYLEX QuickPay icon. The Credit Card Payment screen opens.
3. Type in the Invoice Number in the RefNum field. If the Invoice Number is found in your Database Software, the Invoice will be matched by pulling in the Order Info.
4. Type in the correct amount of charge if the payment is not for the balance.
5. Choose C(k) from the Pmt Type list.
6. The Reference and Comments fields are optional fields you can use to record details as desired. You might use a receipt number, bank name, account, etc. The fields can also be left blank. The check number field information will be displayed on the receipt recap report and available in the permanent receipt history for the order/invoice. Click Check Authorize.
7 The Auto-Assigning screen will quickly pop up, showing that the payment is posting to the invoice in your Database Software.
8 If another payment needs to be processed, select Again. Otherwise, select Exit.
